Conditions of Stay
Unless pre-arranged and confirmed otherwise by the owners and / or management check in is from 14:00 until 21:00 and check out from 08:00 until 10:00.
We do not accommodate children under the age of 12 years in the rooms but children are most welcome in the cottages.
No extra beds, cribs or cots can be accommodated in the rooms.
No pets are allowed.
The guest will be held responsible for any breakages caused by him / her and it will be the owners' prerogative to charge the guest should any specialised cleaning or replacement of damaged items be required.
The lodge is a smoke free building and smoking will only be permitted in the designated smoking areas. A R500.00 cleaning fee will be levied to the guest’s bill for smoking in the rooms and guests may be liable to a fine by law for smoking at any other part of the lodge not deemed designated smoking areas.
The lodge’s licenced bar is governed by strict South African liquor laws and all guests are expected to adhere to these including but not limited to operating hours and restricted access as no persons under the age of 18 are allowed in the bar.
The owners and management reserve the right of admission. Guests will be denied entry and requested to leave should they partake in any illegal activities or behaviour regarded as unacceptable conduct by and at the sole discretion of the owners or management.
